First day

Well, I wasn't great today.  I only got about 5 hours of sleep so I didn't work out this morning.  I have to buy a new scale so that I can get my real weight!

Today I ate:  medium size bowl of cereal with some frozen berries, some left-over green papaya salad, peanut butter and banana sandwich on whole wheat, brown rice, butternut squash and asparagus for dinner.  I also had some popcorn tonight.  Not bad, I guess, but not great.

It will be fun to watch every one's weight drop while mine steadily increases with the baby.

As of today, Nov 6th, I weigh in at 120 pounds.

I'm heading downstairs to eat plain yogurt, topped with fresh peaches, and homemade granola. Followed by a large glass of water and then I'm off to my neighbors house for a massage. After my massage I will be doing some toning exercises upstairs in my loft while I listen to music. I usually do push ups, lunges, bicep curls with bands (like the ones Grandpa Bice used to use in his workout class at his retirement center...remember?), leg lifts (like at a ballet bar, not on the floor).

I'll report back to tell you if I followed through.
